Electrolysis (Permanent hair Removal)
Electroylsis is a method of moving individual hairs from the face or body. Todays medical electrolysis devices destroy the growth centre of the hair with chemical or heat energy. After a very fine probe is inserted into the hair follicle, the hair is removed with tweezers.
Most areas of the body can be treated with electrolysis including the eyebrows, face, abdomen thighs, breasts and legs. There are generally no permanent side effects but sometimes a slight temporary redness of the skin may occur. Our highly experienced practitioner will apply a soothing gel to help with this, we also have special makeup to help cover any redness that may occur to the face area.
How many treatments will I need?
Many factors influence hair growth so will need to return for a number of visits, during consultation our practitioner will advise you how many sessions you will need, most clients return for weekly sessions or every other week but the unwanted hair will be gone forever once the treatment is complete. Sessions usually last between 15 minutes 1 hour.
